Ability to "animate on scroll"

Many websites nowadays have animations that happen progressively as the user scrolls down/up the web page - not just on hover. It would be great to be able to have this ability in WebWave. Examples of properties that could be animated include:

- changing an element's colour and opacity as the visitor scrolls

- changing an elements size and position

- changing border properties

- changing filter settings
