Option to pin i a fixed position the Text Toolbar

Ok, I find it kind of annoying when trying to work fast to look for the text editor toolbar. It keeps moving from top to bottom.

What would be nice. It is the option to make it more compact (square), and leave it in a fixed pinned position besides the page we are editing. Please.
