Language settings Control panel

My clients are not very knowledgeable about IT, so I can't stand having them displayed in English when inviting them to the CMS.

It's also difficult to get the Google Translate add-on added.

I want the CMS control panel to display language selection (I want Japanese added)

There are 3.8 million small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan, which is about the same size as Germany, including GDP, so it's definitely worth it.
