Time-controlled visibility options for objects/elements

I would like to be able to set time/date limits for the visibility of objects/elemtents.

Use case examples

• announcement top bar that should only be shown for a certain period (sales campaign, seasonal coupons, etc.)
• a vacation announcement block next to opening hours for a small local business

Ideas how to integrate it into the UI

• Option A: right click on the visibility icon -> context menu "set up time period" -> pop-up with calendar
• Option B: in the Settings panel -> Element
• Important: also "editors" and "editors-in-chief" should be able to set it up. My clients (editor role) should be able to manage their campaigns and closing time announcements by themselves.
