Allow Geo-DNS service for Cloudflare registered domains

The current setup in WebWave to use the Geo-DNS (which SIGNIFICANTLY increases load times in varying regions) requires pointing the entire NS of the website to WW. This is impossible to do for Cloudflare registered domains, as they do not allow pointing NS externally.

It would be amazing if you could open up Geo-DNS capabilities to all users, including those that can only use IP assignments in their Cloudflare DNS.
