Cookies: Add "Reject All" to Cookie pop up and make cookier banner GDPR compliant

Hi guys,

It seems like the cookie form is still not 100 % GDPR compliant. Could you please fix that ASAP.

1. Basic Cookie Pop Up doesn´t include a "Reject All" Button. Please add.

2. Banner doesn´t include a Settings-button and neither a "reject all" button.
