Allow an image or a file to be renamed and/or replaced

The problem

At the moment I can't edit a file name or being able to replace it. Most of the times it happens that I want to replace an image with a new version (for instance the wording is different) without going everywhere in the site and manually search for the image to replace it.

Other times I want to give images more descriptive names.
