When I'm thinking about this I can see a article layout, which gets data into its elements from a spreadsheet, and dynamically creates articles out of it. Is this what you're talking about?

How long do you think can it take to create an SSL certificate, so that it is not a problem? 

You can redirect a domain name to WebWave using A records, but I see that's not the same as CNAME. We'll be investigating this issue. 

This feature is coming up soon. We've already developed a clickable alpha, and right now we're stabilizing this, and upgrading UX. Stay tuned :)
